Food For Thought

The NY Times just posted various articles about food. Since my kitchen is missing me, due to an influx of work and school, I figured this would be a good way to say “hi” and provide you with some food for thought. A native NYer, I find the article about toasting bagels partly funny/partly pretentious.  I will stick with what I normally think about food – eat what you love and the rest will follow. If that means toasted blueberry bagels with margarine, so be it. Because after all, “one cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.” I bet you know who said that…

In any event, happy weekend! I plan to spend mine preparing some glorious V-day goodies, which will of course be shared with you next week. Enjoy!
